The Spa is open to the public and you need not be a guest of our resort to enjoy The Spa. To ensure availability, please make reservations in advance for spa services.
THE MUDITA SPA is a full service spa offering an extensive menu of services for men and women. We offer day packages and are also happy to customize a package to meet your specific needs.
Our body products and oils have been tailored chosen using the finest ingredients to achieve the highest level of results.
Body products are all natural or 100% pure organic. The skin care lines, we have chosen are the most result-oriented in the industry.

Do I have to disrobe entirely?
That is your opinion but during all treatments you will be draped. Standards of draping are designed to ensure modesty and comfort for both the guest and therapist.
Spa Recommendations and Etiquette
Robe, slippers, traditional massage uniform and personal amenities are provided along with complementary spa tea. There will be a spa juice are available on request with additional charge applicable. In consideration of other guests we ask that all cellular phones and pagers are turned off while in the spa premise. To ensure professionalism, only the client receiving service is permitted in the treatment room. This is your time to relax and the therapist needs to focus on you. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Reservation must be secured with either hotel confirmation number or major credit card.
Check – in: We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes early prior to your first appointment in consideration of all Spa guests and therapists.
This will allow time to relax and de-stress. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and full value will be charged.
Gratuity Charge: All spa treatments will subject 10% VAT. It will be automatically added to your service.
Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
Facilities
Traditional spa facilities are available, including a fitness center, Jacuzzi Grotto and separate men and women’s locker, whirlpool baths together with plunge pool, steam rooms, saunas, outdoor meditation pavilion, a Spa Cafe and boutique.
Will I have male or female therapists?
We have both male and female massage therapists. If you request one over the other, we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Cancellation
As we reserve a room and therapist just for you, we ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy by providing 24 hours notice or the full value of your treatment will charged. Time changes must be received at least 5 hours prior to appointment and must be rescheduled within the next 12 hours or full value of services will be charged.
If you have reserved 3 or more services, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required or full value will be charged.
