Lovely hotel, had room overlooking pool with balcony. The rooms were very comfortable and a good size with everything you needed.
The communal areas were beautiful, staff excellent, very attentive and extremely helpful. A special thanks to Pun in the pool bar, we were a group of 10 family and friends and he even remembered all our names.
Lovely pool area which also had proper steps into water not just the rung ladders which is needed for people with mobility problems.
Lovely spa, full body massage was $42
Reception staff will help you organise tuk tuks which arrive in minutes, they also help with organising tours to Angkor Wat and anywhere else you want to go.
We were a 3 or 4 dollar tuk tuk ride from pub street, only took approx 5 mins.
Our buffet breakfast included and had all the usual foods you would expect at this type of hotel, western, asian, breads pastries fruits egg station etc. Only complaint was their coffee but you can ask for a latte.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Siem Reap.

Stayed here 2 weekends running, once for business and the second time for leisure. On the second visit I was so impressed as I walked in, one of the ladies on reception upon recognising me, stood up and greeted me with ‘welcome home sir’ fantastic moment and of course set the tone for the stay. They have a super newly opened fine dining restaurant, the manager and whole team are a credit to the venue. Will definitely be back.
